Kelly Skierski
Kelly is a Medically Certified Aesthetician. For as long as she can remember, she was always interested in all things beauty. Upon completing her cosmetology program, Kelly felt it was best to stay in school and complete the cosmetology instructor program, the highest licensure in this field. A few years and some industry experience later, she was ready to come back and educate others full time.
For the last 20-ish years, Kelly has been pursuing her craft and sharing her knowledge with anyone who will listen. Her desire to never stop learning has lead to earning many advanced certifications over the years including advanced training in chemical peels, microdermabrasion, micro-needling, microblading and ombré brows.

Bria Shragher
Cavi-Tech/Aesthetician
In 2016, I attended The Beauty Institutes’ Make-Up Designory program and received a certification in makeup. Through that, I began working as a freelance makeup artist part time and full time in makeup retailers. Helping people find ways to be the most comfortable and confident in themselves was something I loved to do and this career path was a way to do so. As my love and passion for makeup grew over the years, I wanted to further myself and my career. In 2019, I made the decision to get my Esthetics license at Jean Madeline Aveda Institute. I have a passion for all things beauty and I’m excited to further myself at BMA.
